AI Summary

Anyone who’s worked in customer service knows the pain of picking up a long, complex ticket mid-stream. Scrolling through dozens of replies to piece together the history is slow — and costly when tickets are escalated or handed off to another team member.

AI Summary solves this by instantly analyzing a ticket thread and generating a concise summary of the current status, history, and key details. It also includes customer sentiment analysis, giving agents and managers an immediate read on how the customer is feeling — before they write a single word in response.

AI Recommendations

When a new ticket comes in, your agents don’t always have to start from scratch. Chances are, your team has solved something similar before.

AI Recommendations automatically compares a new ticket against your full history of resolved tickets and surfaces a recommended action — complete with a confidence score and direct links to similar historical tickets. It’s like giving every agent on your team instant access to the collective knowledge of your entire support history.

Both features are integrated directly into the osTicket interface, so the experience feels native — not bolted on.
