Introducing Essentials: AI support for smaller teams, from $59/month

Even a low-volume ticket queue is enough to benefit from AI. Essentials is our most affordable plan yet — built for the smallest teams.

We built Flexivity to bring AI to midmarket support teams that get priced out of the AI features bundled into the big platforms. Essentials extends that idea further down the line — to the smallest teams — at a price that makes starting easy.

The reasoning is simple. A small support team has the same core problem a large one does: a queue full of simple, repetitive tickets. It just has fewer people to work it. When two or three agents cover everything, routine questions are exactly what keep them from the harder, higher-value cases that need real attention. You don't need enterprise volume to feel that pressure — and you don't need it to benefit from AI that lightens the load.

We introduced Essentials after hearing this directly from smaller teams. Even a modest ticket volume, it turns out, is enough for AI to make a real difference. So we built a plan that scales down to match.

What Essentials is. Our Growth tier already serves teams up to 1,000 tickets a month. Essentials goes smaller still — a base of roughly 200 tickets a month, with overage for additional usage, which makes it close to pay-as-you-go. It brings Flexivity's core agent-assist and continuous knowledge-base gap-closing to the helpdesk you already run, with no migration and no platform upgrade required.

Who it's for. The smallest midmarket teams, and anyone who has wanted AI in support but couldn't justify a plan sized for higher volume. It's a particularly good fit for osTicket teams, which tend to run lean, and for Zendesk Suite Team customers who want capable AI without stepping up a tier or taking on a per-resolution meter.

Pricing. Essentials is $59/month, or $47/month billed annually. For a limited time, we're taking an additional 25% off the first year. See complete pricing at https://flexivity.ai/pricing

AI in support shouldn't be reserved for teams with big volume and bigger budgets. Essentials is how we bring it to everyone else — even if you're just getting started.
