Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan includes a 30-day free trial. Credit card required at signup; cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

How do I purchase Flexivity?

Even though you install the free Flexivity app from the Zendesk Marketplace, you sign up for service directly with us at flexivity.ai. For osTicket, you'll get the plugin from us as part of your subscription. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and taxes.

Does Flexivity work with self-hosted osTicket?

Yes. Flexivity is cloud-only — we don't offer on-premise deployments — but we connect to self-hosted osTicket two ways: directly if your instance is internet-reachable, or through agent software that bridges the connection without requiring inbound firewall rules.

How is my data protected?

Your customer data stays yours. We redact personal information before processing, never use your data to train third-party AI models, and encrypt everything in transit and at rest. Full security details are available on request.

What if Flexivity suggests a wrong answer?

Agents are always in control. Flexivity suggests; agents decide. Every suggestion comes with a confidence score, and agents can edit, replace, or ignore any recommendation.
