Agent Copilot

Everything your agents need to decide, in the workspace they already use.

When a ticket needs a person, Flexivity’s panel is already there — inside the Zendesk or osTicket interface your agents work in every day. The AI has drafted the reply, summarized the conversation, surfaced the matching knowledge, and made the state of the ticket scannable at a glance. Your agents start every ticket with context, not catch-up.

Features

Native to your help desk

No new tool, no extra login, no context to rebuild.
Flexivity’s copilot lives inside the ticket view your agents already work. On Zendesk, that’s a sidebar app in the apps panel. On osTicket, that’s a panel on the ticket page. Same session, same login, same URL, same keyboard shortcuts, same workflow around it. No separate browser plug-in required.
That’s a design choice. Anything that asks an agent to switch tools, remember a second login, or copy context between windows is friction they’ll avoid when they’re busy — which they always are. Living inside the help desk means Flexivity shows up in a workflow agents already have. Onboarding looks like showing your team the new panel in the sidebar, not training them on a new tool.
  • Zendesk — sidebar app in the apps panel, updates as the ticket does; installed via the marketplace
  • osTicket — acordian panel on the ticket page; installed as an osTicket plugin
  • Zero adoption friction — same session, same login, same workflow your agents already have

Take Action

What to do next, surfaced when there’s something to do.
The top of the Flexivity panel is Take Action — the surface for whatever the ticket needs from the agent right now. At Assist, it holds the AI’s drafted reply, with the knowledge articles and similar past tickets it drew on. On a handover from autonomous handling, it explains why the AI stopped — a knowledge gap, a customer who asked for a person, a reply the knowledge didn’t support, a conversation that reached its limit. On tickets being worked by the AI at Clarify or Resolve, it shows the state of the conversation and how many messages remain in the limit. When nothing needs the agent’s attention, Take Action is hidden.
A prepared change — a refund, an address update, a cancellation the AI has staged in your system — also appears here as a card. The card shows what the change will do, every check it ran, when it expires, and gives the agent a one-click approval. Approving runs the change exactly once; the decision is recorded on the ticket as an internal note.
  • Adaptive card — draft reply, handover reason, in-progress AI conversation, or prepared change — whatever the ticket needs
  • One-click approve or edit — the agent sends, edits, or discards; the AI never sends anything the agent didn’t approve
  • Indicates when nothing's waiting — for example when Flexivity is handling the conversation autonomously

Context

What should I know before I answer this?
Below Take Action sits the Context pane — the surface that answers the question every agent asks when they open a ticket. Sentiment sits in the header with a colored dot, visible even when Context is collapsed, and updates as the customer writes.
Summary is a short account of the whole conversation — the issue, what’s been tried, where things stand. It's updated upon handover from autonomous handling, and refreshable on demand when a conversation has moved past what Flexivity last wrote. Knowledge lists the articles that match the ticket, with links; these are what the AI’s answers are built from. Related tickets show past tickets similar to this one.
Activity is the audit trail for the whole ticket — the rules that fired, the attributes set, the procedure steps that ran, the lookups and changes the AI made, the handovers and their reasons.
  • Summary and sentiment — scannable in seconds, updated through the ticket’s lifecycle
  • Related knowledge and tickets — the articles the AI drew on, past tickets for reference
  • Activity log — every rule, attribute, lookup, change, and handover recorded on the ticket

Why this matters: handover is where most AI deployments fail

Vendors talk about autonomous resolution. They talk less about what happens when the AI hands the ticket back. In practice, that’s where most AI customer service deployments break down — a ticket arrives at the agent’s queue with none of the context the AI built up, and the agent has to start from scratch. Which is slower than if the AI had never been involved.

The co-pilot is Flexivity’s answer. When a ticket reaches an agent — whether it starts at Assist or escalates from Reply, Clarify, or Resolve — the panel is already populated: summary of what happened, sentiment of the customer, articles that match, past tickets for reference, the AI’s activity recorded, and a drafted reply ready in the Take Action card. Three paragraphs of orientation instead of twenty-five messages to read. Most tickets, in most deployments, end up at Assist — the AI drafts, the agent ships. The co-pilot is what makes that fast enough to actually move the needle on handle time.
