New pricing: one simple price per conversation

Today we're changing how Flexivity AI is priced, moving to a very simple and affordable model: a low, flat price per conversation.

Today we're changing how Flexivity AI is priced. We're retiring our tiered editions and token-usage allowances, and moving to something far simpler: a flat price per conversation.

No editions to compare. No token math. No allowance you blow through mid-month without noticing. You pay for the conversations your team handles, and that's it.

The new pricing

  • $0.25 per conversation — pay as you go, no commitment.
  • $0.19 per conversation — 25% off, with a prepaid annual commitment.
  • $0.15 per conversation — our launch offer: an additional 20% off the committed rate for annual customers who sign up during the launch window.

One price covers the full spectrum of what our AI does on a conversation — whether it's drafting a reply for a human agent to send, surfacing the right knowledge-base article mid-chat, or resolving the ticket end to end on its own. You're not billed differently for "assist" versus "resolve." It's one conversation, one price.

Why per conversation, and not per "resolution"

Most AI support tools have converged on per-resolution pricing, and on paper it sounds fair — you pay when the AI solves something. In practice it has two problems.

The first is predictability. You can forecast your conversation volume; you've been tracking it for years. You cannot forecast your resolution count, because "resolution" is defined by the vendor, and the definition tends to be generous. A bounced auto-reply, a deflected FAQ, a conversation the customer abandoned — these can all count. Your bill becomes a function of someone else's metric, and it moves in the wrong direction: the better their model gets at claiming resolutions, the more you pay.

The second is cost. Published per-resolution pricing in this market commonly runs $1 to $2 per ticket — Fin around $1, Zendesk's resolution pricing around $1.50, Salesforce's per-conversation Agentforce pricing around $2. At $0.25 pay-as-you-go, and $0.15 committed, Flexivity is a fraction of that — and the savings compound at the volumes real support teams run.

Per-conversation pricing lines up your cost with something you already understand and control. You know what you'll pay before the month starts.

Why not per agent, either

The other common model is a per-seat co-pilot fee — a flat charge for every agent with access to the AI. That penalizes exactly the teams doing it right. As your AI resolves more on its own, you need fewer agent seats — but a per-seat model means your best-case outcome (more automation, leaner team) is the one where you're paying for capacity you no longer use.

We think the AI's value shows up in two places, and it should be priced the same in both. As a co-pilot, it makes every human agent faster and more consistent — drafting responses, pulling in context, catching what a tired agent at 4pm might miss. As a resolver, it closes the routine, high-volume tickets outright, so your team spends its time on the conversations that actually need a person. A per-conversation price captures both without making you choose, and without taxing you for getting more efficient.
